Founded by composers Ian Dicke, Steven Snowden, and Robert Honstein, Fast Forward Austin strives to present fresh and exciting music that transcends the boundaries of established genres and traditions. Along with showcasing leading artists from around the country, the festival brings together local artists and composers with members of the community seeking challenging, inventive, forward-looking music.
